Configure the Twitter plugin

This howto is applicable to JShot version 1.3 or below.

The Twitter uploader plugin lets you to upload a screenshot to the Twitpic image hosting site, and post a short message to Twitter (the latter is optional).

To use the Twitpic plugin, you have to creaet an uploader profile for it.

1.

Start the JShot editor and click on Edit/Config wizard or press Ctrl-F12 to open the Configuration wizard.

On the next panel you can see the available uploaders. Click on Add button to add a new uploader profile.

Select the Twitpic plugin in the combobox, and choose a name for this profile. You also have to add your Twitter username and password.

If you check the "Append a twitter message" checkbox, JShot will ask you to enter a message before every upload. The message will be posted to Twitter along with the URL of the picture

Hint: You can create 2 different Twitpic profile, one with this option and another without it.

Your newly created profile will be listed on the right side of the panel.
Click on the Finish button.
